Incentive Days

        BE IT ENACTED BY THE CONGRESS OF THE UNITED STATES:

1. Section I: Purpose: The purpose of this act is to Give all students who can Prove that they
2. can have good grades a break from school allowing the students who need help to receive
3. it.
4. Section II: something that incites or has a tendency to incite to determination or
5. action.
6. Section III: This will enact All students who have all passing grades at the end of the
7. semester to have a free day off of school. That does not penalizes you. You will be able to
8. come and go from school without getting in trouble. So if you need help in a class you
9. can go for that class then leave afterwards.
10. Section IV: Department of Justice (DOJ) in Washington, DC, in consultation with local
11. United States Attorney Offices.
12. Section V Penalties. Any student who skips this day without earning it you will be
13. required to write a 4 page essay explaining why you missed this day. The second time
14. you skip you will spend 2 days in truancy receiving zeros for any work that you missed.
15. The third time you skip you will be required to do I.S.S and friday school for a week. The final one you
16. miss you will be during that year in school
17. Section V Effective Date: The provisions of this act will take effect Immediately after
18. signing.

A BILL FOR AN ACT ENTITLED

Police Brutality rates get lowered

 _________________________________

        BE IT ENACTED BY THE CONGRESS OF THE UNITED STATES:

1. Section I: Purpose: The purpose of this act is to set a lower police brutality rate
2. Section II: As used in this act police brutality is the use of any force exceeding that
3. reasonably necessary to accomplish a lawful police purpose
4. Section III: Some of the rules in order lower the rate of police harming citizens and
5. become a better police officer. The police will be required to double their training hours
6. in order to be able to perform to the best of their ability.They will take multiple tests
7. during the week to prove that they can make the right decisions in a split second in order
8. to graduate. Body And police car Cameras must be on at all times
9. Section IV:  The Provisions of this act will be enforced and administered by the justice
10. judicial Branch Agency.
11. Section V Penalties: The police will be charged as a citizen and will receive the same
12. punishment as everyone else committed that crime.
13. Section VI Effective Date: The provisions of this act will take effect as of the same
14. month up to a year from the date signed as of June 8, 2019

        BE IT ENACTED BY THE CONGRESS OF THE UNITED STATES:

1. Section I: Purpose: The purpose of this act is to Give all homeless kids an opportunity to be
2. able to buy food for themselves.
3. Section II: As used in this act Homeless is when a child or an adult doesn't have the money
4. to live in a house resulting in living on the streets.
5. Section III: This will enact all homeless children from the age of 6 to be able to work.
6. They however will start below minimum wage. As soon as they reach the age of 10 they
7. will be at minimum wage or above. It gives them an opportunity to be able to provide for
8. themselves and maybe their siblings
9. Section VI Penalties:
10. Section V Effective Date: The provisions of this act will take effect within the week of
11. signing

NO!!! What is the point of bills. To show who has power over our country. To say what we can or can’t do. Make rules that we can break to show how free we want to be. We just want to be free.

We don't want rules we want to have fun.

The bobcat is known as Lynx Rufus. Their in the kingdom Animalia and they are eukaryotic. Their family is felidae and the subfamily is felinae. Their closest cousin is the lynx. The bobcat can be 65 cm-100 cm (25in.-40in.). They are bigger than your normal house cat but can be just as friendly as them.Bobcats come in many different colors. They vary from a light gray-yellowish brown-buff brown and finally to a reddish brown.Their skin texture is dense and blotchy. A male bobcat can be 3 feet long and 20-30 pounds. The male can reproduce at the age of two years. The female on the other hand can be 2 feet long and 11 pounds. The females can reproduce at the age of a year.The females will take care of the kits until they are a year old. They are weaned from their mother  at the age of two months. They are on their own when the next breeding season begins. Bobcats do most of their hunting at night The bobcat can cross breed with its cousin the lynx. The bobcat will weight for the prey before pouncing on it. The bobcats coat is unique. Each coat of a bobcat is like our fingerprints. They are born with that certain coat pattern. Bobcats move by themselves and are rarely seen together in a group unless they have kits. They are only seen together when it’s breeding season. Bobcats will never stay in their dens for long they are always moving and making new shelters. When they are not on the move they will rest in hollow logs, under boulders and in other dens that they have made. Bobcats are carnivores which means that the prefer all meat in their diet. The bobcat is the indicator species. This means the health of their population is indicated by their habitat connection. The bobcat is currently listed as a species of least concerning. They live in mountainous forests, swamps deserts, and they also live in deserts. The bobcat only migrates to a new den, they don't actually move from different environments. Bobcats are carnivores they only eat meat. The bobcats favorite meal are rabbits. They start breeding in late winter early spring. The bobcat has a very unique trait. Which is their coat pattern. They are born with the coat pattern that they will always have. The bobcat is twice the size of a house cat. How to recognize a bobcat.A bobcats mating behavior is: once a male bobcat recognizes a female is ready to reproduce ,he instantly grasps her neck with his mouth and starts copulation during which he belts out loud screams, hisses and other sounds.

              The darkness engulfs me as I fight to see the light it surrounds me 
while I'm kicking and screaming. 
I hear footsteps coming towards me and I  freeze. I can hear a woman's voice
 coming close to me so i curl 
up into a little ball and hope she won't find me.
 I want to run but I fear I'll run into something that will Bring back my past as she 
gets closer to me my blood 
runs cold i now can feel her breathing on me I have a strange fear of women and that's 
a fact so go on and 
make fun of me but it won't change the fear.
 i also have a fear of going blind and not being able to see my future and being stuck in the
 past of when i could see the light

Not knowing how to deal with this i just hid and hope that no one will find me
