A BILL FOR AN ACT ENTITLED

The Fight for Public Safety

        BE IT ENACTED BY THE CONGRESS OF THE UNITED STATES:

1. Section I: Purpose: The purpose of this act is to protect protesters
2. Section II: Definitions: As used in this act the Department of public safety.
3. Section III: General Provisions: This will work like a contract as long as the citizens
4. follow. This bill would allow the families of the protestors to bring any law enforcer to a
5. judge if  the belief that unfair prosecution was made.As used in this act the public must
6. pay a $50 fee per citizen who wants to join in the protest. This ensures that the police
7. may not in anyway shut down a peaceful protest as long as you paid the fee.
8. the rules and the law the are protected. As a protester must fill out a form that states
9. what you are protesting against and what all this entitles. Citizens must pay a fifty (50)
10. dollar fee. Citizens may not block roadways or the sidewalk.  Citizens may only be on
11. federal land such as parks. As soon as you start a protest without paying your fee the
12. police must shut down the protest.
13. Section IV: Administration and Enforcement: The provisions of this act will be enforced
14. and administered by the law enforcement and the defence system
15. Section V: Penalties: fifty (50$)  Fine for first offense. Second offense a week in jail.
16. Third offense up to 3 years in jail possibility for parole. Your last offense is 10 years in
17. jail no possible parole and 18 months of community service.
18. Section VI: Effective Date: The provisions of this act will take effect Immediately
