A BILL FOR AN ACT ENTITLED
The Fight for Public Safety

         BE IT ENACTED BY THE CONGRESS OF THE UNITED STATES:
- Section I: Purpose: The purpose of this act is to protect protesters
 - Section II: Definitions: As used in this act the Department of public safety.
 - Section III: General Provisions: This will work like a contract as long as the citizens
 - follow. This bill would allow the families of the protestors to bring any law enforcer to a
 - judge if the belief that unfair prosecution was made.As used in this act the public must
 - pay a $50 fee per citizen who wants to join in the protest. This ensures that the police
 - may not in anyway shut down a peaceful protest as long as you paid the fee.
 - the rules and the law the are protected. As a protester must fill out a form that states
 - what you are protesting against and what all this entitles. Citizens must pay a fifty (50)
 - dollar fee. Citizens may not block roadways or the sidewalk. Citizens may only be on
 - federal land such as parks. As soon as you start a protest without paying your fee the
 - police must shut down the protest.
 - Section IV: Administration and Enforcement: The provisions of this act will be enforced
 - and administered by the law enforcement and the defence system
 - Section V: Penalties: fifty (50$) Fine for first offense. Second offense a week in jail.
 - Third offense up to 3 years in jail possibility for parole. Your last offense is 10 years in
 - jail no possible parole and 18 months of community service.
 - Section VI: Effective Date: The provisions of this act will take effect Immediately
